Headquartered in Singapore, provides social media monitoring and analytics services, also business process outsourcing services to Fortune 500 companies in Asia. We are looking to expand our team in Malaysia.
Responsibilities:
Create, manage and monitor content of social media i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Youtube etc – experiment new ways to leverage on Social Media activities.
Works independently and remotely to majority of other teams.
Given the nature of social media, weekend, holiday, and off-hours work will be required, depending on situation.
Assist in monitoring and managing the content of client's corporate portals.
Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships.
Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly.
Strong project management or organisational skills.
Daily administration duties. Responsible for coordinating the day to day posting of social marketing lead content.
Prepare reports as required by management.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree (preferably Advertising, Mass Comm, Journalism, Business, Public Relations).
Responsible and good scenario handling tactics and attitude.
In-depth knowledge, passionate and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Youtube, Google+, LinkedIn, Twitter etc) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios.
You must be social media savvy and able to intepret analytics, spot trends and patterns, to gain insight about the community. Preferably executives specialising in marketing via technology.
At least 1 year of working experience in related field is required for this position. Previous experience with social media is appreciated but not necessary. Hands-on experience with social media listening & analytics tools and Implementing social media campaigns across social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube etc) is a plus.
Who has experience work with agency (as copywritter or brand executive) is encourage to apply.
Impeccable language skills. Articulate in the English language, both spoken and written. Strong command in grammar and local lingo please apply. Strong writing skills are crucial, both formally and creatively.
Computer Literate: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint etc.
