今天终于提心要改RESUME却发觉我的M.WORD不能改跟存文件了。。

结果就心血来潮用GMAI继续我的投诉信。。。

我真的不想投诉人然后害人丢掉工作的。。。

可是到现在我还得不到我要的回答。。。。。

难道看我们年级小就可以随便打发掉吗。。。。

Dear Sir,

I and my family members have been a pleased customer with Public bank for several years. However recently I received a poor service on my housing loan that I feel I should bring to your attention. I have every faith therefore that you will do what you can to rectify this situation.

I request your kind company can conduct an investigation on this matter as a compensation for my terrible experience towards your bank. I was extremely dissapointed with the service. It causes me a lot of losts and fed up with the work. I feel that the management should talk to their employees on their attitude. For your information, there are some charges incurred in my statement account which i not clear on. Also, i am not noticed of the late payment until I received a call rushing for settlement for outstanding payment from your kind bank. The person-in-charge for my loan feel not free to entertain me every time i request him to check for us. The first time & second time when i receive statement account regarding late payment from your kind company, I not sure on the matter & I not free to check on the matter, thus I choose to call PIC to check it out for me instead. However, I get no reply at all! This query even embedded in my mind until now!!! The PIC ever told me that it might be system error at first talk.  I realise that mistakes happened and I'm not blaming everyone. In this case,  I just want to get an answer for unclear charges in my statement account. If you could  address this issue with your employees, I would greatly appreciate it.

I enjoy the services at your kind bank. However if I receive this type of treatment again, I will switch to other bank elsewhere. Also, I will spread my this terrible experiences to let others keep alert. I sincerely hope that no one will walk in my footstep again. I gladly appreciate your help.

我则觉得银行没有那么得空一个个帮你去查咯。。。
