哈哈，就是问了没有马上得到答案，我心很痒，的不及答复就买下吧！因为想买一个给妈妈打发时间，刚好在这边看到价格，现在才终于爬贴完毕，真后悔到现在才正式认识lazada，之前朋友通知我的时候，我只是def2买mamypoko，然后等了2星期多才收到货物。

Ordering from Lazada Malaysia is truly a painful affair. I made the order on 10th July and I (yes that's me instead of them) had to call them today to find out that their system only blinking captured my transaction this morning (3 days later) and worse still, becos I paid by credit card, I was told by their CS that I have to wait another 3 more days for the payment to be processed before they can place the items in queue for delivery which takes another 4-7 working days. So all in all am I supposed to be looking at a month before I receive the items?

Not sure if their other portals ( Home24 Malaysia and Zalora Malaysia ) operates in the same manner. Also it seems I am not the only person experiencing this by looking at the conversation at Lowyat forum - http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2385218/all

For heaven sake, please let us consumers who put so much faith in your company that just started operations in Malaysia know exactly what is expected from making a purchase. Change the standard 4-7 days to 7-12 days would be a good start.

I do hope they take note of this and improve on their delivery promise and website content cause they have such a promising platform and a potential bright future ahead.

is a scam . dont wast your time . luckily I order COD else I will be in police station now . this idiot company selling sometime that they dont even have stock .

I order http://www.lazada.com.my/Ultimate-Wash-Wax-72079.html this and it say in stock but took them 12 days and they still can not find their stock yet .

you can try COD but dont be cheated by them on your credit card .

几时开始我就不知到了，不过今天想买东西时选COD时发现到有extra costs
其它付款就不需了，第一次使用credit card在lazada买下了东西。
