你好象不有信心的。。。 还可以去到 RM０。６８ or not ?
this share price fair value look like around RM0.35 - RM0.40 only ...
pe should go back to 10 .. not 14 ... |

HIL 好像很需要钱用，卖完全部 Treasury Shares for RM4.4M 。 或者懂得近内不会高过那个价所以一次卖. |

20-03-2002: Substantial shareholder Ta Kin Yan net buyer of CSM

A substantial shareholder of CSM Corporation Bhd was actively trading in the company's shares last month, according to filings with the KLSE.
In the filings, Ta Kin Yan was the net seller of one million CSM shares between Feb 15 and 20. He reduced his shareholdings to 11.60 million shares.
However, he raised his stake in CSM to 13.12 million shares after being a net buyer of 1.52 million shares from Feb 21 to 26.
In A&M Realty Bhd, Datuk Ng Thian Hock saw his interest in the company increased to 69.41 million shares after Dalta Industries Sdn Bhd, in which he is a substantial shareholder, bought 896,000 A&M shares between March 8 and 14.
Another notable filing is in Bolton Bhd. Its major shareholder Lim Wee Kiat sold one million shares in the property group between March 11 and 12.
In New Hoong Fatt Holdings Bhd, Nan Jhi Automobile Enterprise Co Ltd acquired 3.16 million shares to raise its interest to 8.44 million shares on March 11.

03-10-2006: HIL Industries executive chairman ups stake
HIL Industries Bhd executive chairman Datuk Ng Boon Thong @ Ng Thian Hock bought 2.78 million HIL shares or 1.06% stake in September. A filing with Bursa Malaysia showed he acquired the shares on Sept 22 and Sept 25 via Dalta Industries Sdn Bhd. After the latest transactions, Ng's direct stake is 3.86 million or 1.47% while his indirect stake is 147.21 million or 56.25%. |

原来HIL大股东是 DALTA INDUSTRIES SDN BHD ，后台老板是 XXX
和 A & M REALTY 是同一个老板
这样说 HIL 很稳哦！
不错不错，可以考虑加码 |
