ATTA全球建议削减面值

（吉隆坡20日讯）ATTA全球（ATTA，7099，主板工业产品股）建议，将每股1令吉的面值，削减70仙，至每股30仙。

ATTA全球向马交所报备，削减面值的活动，最低可得到约5065万令吉的资金，最多则有2亿2007万令吉。

该公司表示，该笔金额将纳入盈利保留户头，或在董事部认为合适和允许的情况下动用，不排除会成为未来企业活动的资金。根据文告，ATTA全球在过去12个月的股价，大致上都低于每股1令吉。

该公司说，目前的面值不利于公司展开任何筹资，或任何涉及发出新股的企业计划，因新股发售价，不可低于面值。如无意外，该建议料在次季完成。【e南洋】

On behalf of the Board of Directors of ATTA, Public Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the following: (i)         proposed reduction of the issued and paid-up share capital of ATTA pursuant to Section 64 of the Companies Act, 1965, involving the cancellation of RM0.70 from the par value of every existing ordinary share of RM1.00 each in ATTA (“Proposed Par Value Reduction”); and (ii)        proposed amendment to the Memorandum of Association of ATTA to facilitate the Proposed Par Value Reduction (“Proposed MA Amendment”). The Proposed Par Value Reduction and the Proposed MA Amendment are collectively referred to as the “Proposals”.
