早餐:1 portion of fruit (apple+pear+orange)
午餐:Chee Cheong fen (1 piece of chee cheong fen+2 piece of fu chuk+half piece of fishball+half piece of tauhu, w/o oil+ sesame, 1 teaspoon of sauce), 1 portion of cabbage fried with tomato and tuna in olive oil
晚餐:meehoom fried with wong ya bai + dan juan + egg , seaweed soup with beefball
supper: 2 kiwi
