哇！计划有变更咧！看了图，楼上那是公寓吧？水上游乐园在哪里啊？而且原本L型90度角那边也增加了梯形的区域了，请问那是用来干吗的？而且公寓后面还增加一块区域，又是干嘛的？还有，貌似变长了的感觉，戏院也变大了。

看设计图很大，但实际上看起来好像没很大（我每天到经过那边，因为我家就在附近），不懂真正做出来回事怎样。

Sarbex 2011 有水上乐园的图片，公寓已经批准，水上乐园还没有，应该是若干年后的事情了。

组装式建筑，虽然能够快速完成工程，缺点就是会有裂痕 ， The Spring 就是最佳例子。

各位大大， 預鑄工法（precast method）是很好的。 它是绿色建筑。。。 减少浪费材料。 在安全方面它是比传统建筑好。地震都不怕。。。 因为从工厂完成后在安装上去的。 所以品质管制的很好。。。 还有它的连接口是有水泥和铁。

現在才發現這個水上樂園是做在停車場上面的 之前還以為是做在地上的。。。。
有一點像空中花園的概念。

刚刚去http://www.thesummermall.com/retail-lots 看最新的租户名单，发现Aeon属下的Molly Fantasy（儿童游乐场）也进驻The Summer了，Jusco应该也不远了吧？会不会开在VivaCity呢？
