EFFICIENT - UPLIFTMENT AS AN AFFECTED LISTED ISSUER PURSUANT TO PARAGRAPH 8.03A

EFFICIENT E-SOLUTIONS BERHAD

With the completion of the regularisation plan, EFFICIENT has regularised its financial condition and no longer triggers paragraph 8.03A of the Main Market Listing Requirements ("Main LR") of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities").

After due consideration of all facts and circumstances of the matter, Bursa Securities has decided to approve the Company's application for an early upliftment from being classified as an Affected Listed Issuer pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A of the Main LR. EFFICIENT will be uplifted from being classified as a 8.03A company effective from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 17 September 2024.
