台灣 7歲童跨國出養前夕落淚 寄養家庭陪走最後一哩路

兒少保護需求下監護與安置案件攀升，其中要為孩子找到合適收養家庭並不容易。台灣彰化縣府統計，2022年至2026年間共轉介媒合15名兒少，其中5名成功完成出養，媒合過程充滿挑戰，安置兒少尋家不易。近日一名7歲男童成功媒合到荷蘭收養家庭，即將離開熟悉的台灣展開新生活。

7歲男童翔翔因原生家庭無力照顧，出生後即被安置，一歲時進入寄養家庭，由陳文博、陳雅慧夫妻照顧，一待就是6年。從幼兒到小學生，寄養父母一路陪伴他成長，也陪著他等待新的家庭。去年翔翔成功媒合到荷蘭收養家庭，得知未來將有新的父母，他既期待又開心，但也開始面臨與寄養家庭分離的不安。


隨著離別接近，翔翔出現情緒波動，常因小事哭鬧、生氣，甚至出現反抗行為。寄養父母與彰化家扶合作，透過心理創傷復原服務，由心理師以遊戲治療方式協助孩子理解與表達情緒，逐步面對分離焦慮。

彰化家扶中心說，出發前一個月，寄養母親陪伴翔翔做準備，從繪本認識飛機與機場，到一起整理行李、放入心愛玩偶，再到每日倒數月曆，幫助他逐步適應即將到來的改變。

在多方陪伴下翔翔逐漸建立勇氣，與收養父母見面時，他雖然緊張，但也展現安心，他說，「我喜歡爹地跟媽咪，跟他們在一起很安全，也謝謝阿姨跟阿伯的照顧。」真正道別時仍充滿不捨，翔翔緊抱寄養父母落淚，寄養家庭也紅著眼眶祝福。

彰化家扶中心指出，兒少出養受年齡、條件及國內外制度影響，部分孩子在跨國媒合中較有機會找到家庭，但過程仍需謹慎處理，以降低孩子的不安與風險。
