但是很多舊taman有滿多問題
還是sp setia bukit indah和mutiara rini這些gated ＆ guarded好
外面車進不來

刘启盛4月卸下执行长<br>实达集团进入PNB时代

在领导实达集团18年，并且将之发展为国内最大的发展商之后，著名企业家刘启盛将在今年4月30日正式离开该公司。
根据《当今财经》报道，刘启盛已经正式提呈辞函，辞去实达集团总裁兼首席执行员的职位。其辞职将在4月30日开始生效。
这也意味他将比聘雇合约原定的届满期限2015年早一年离开公司。随着其22岁的儿子刘添雄去年9月连同一批实达集团前高层收购一家名不见经传的上市公司富阁苑，外界已经揣测刘启盛可能会提早离开公司。
實達集團擬以37.5億收購I&P集團

實達集團將以資本、內部資金和借貸來融資收購。（檔案照）
（吉隆坡14日訊）為了擴大地庫，實達集團（SPSETIA，8664，主板產業股）擬以35億令吉至37億5000萬令吉的價格，收購I&P集團私人有限公司全數股權。
該集團今日與國民投資機構（PNB）及土著信托基金（Amanah Saham Bumiputera，簡稱ASB）簽署意願備忘錄，開始協商股權收購事宜。
收購的價值估計介於35億令吉至37億5000萬令吉，惟最終價格須待精密審核結果。
實達集團將以資本、內部資金和借貸來融資收購。
同時，實達集團子公司KL East私人有限公司也以4億4758萬令吉，向Seriemas 發展私人有限公司收購一塊位於萬宜的地皮。
