关于在马来西亚驻新加玻大使馆申请宝宝报生子与护照

如题，想请问有经验的爸爸妈妈们
关于在新加玻出生的宝宝，要如何在马驻新加玻大使馆申请birth cert / passport 的流程
之前听说过不同的版本，所以很混淆及担心出包，让费时间与白跑一趟
我的宝宝上周刚出生，当天在Gleneagles Hospital 已经做好了Singapore Birth Cert,
那么想请问的是，宝宝还需要去马来西亚大使馆申请Msian Birth Cert 的吗？（都不是在马来西亚出生），如果without Msian Birth Cert,那么用那张Singapore Birth
Cert 直接去大使馆申请Msian International Passport 可以的吗? 还是一定得先申请Msian Birth Cert 之后，才能够申请Passport?
对于这个流程真的感到混淆，有些说可以，有些又说不可以
还有好像2个都不能同时一起申请的，需要跑很多趟很让费时间，真的吗？报生纸做好之后，才能做passport(?)
birth cert 是不是申请（宝宝得去），之后，3天后才能去拿？。。(宝宝不用去，父母其中一人领取）
Passport 好像今天早上申请（宝宝得去），隔天下午就能去拿了。。(宝宝不用去，父母其中一人领取）

要等拿到了Passport 之后，才能去ICA 5楼 walk-in 帮宝宝申请PR application (is it true if PR's baby born in SG,can straight walk-in apply?)
通常是能够直接申请PR 的对吗？还是得先申请Long Term Visitor Pass, 之后才能申请PR?
还有想请问下，Malaysia 是不是可以允许孩子有2个国籍，等到了21岁法定成年年龄之后，他们可以自己选择放弃其中之一 （？）
因为搞好了Malaysia 的Passport 之后，还得往 Japan Embassy 帮宝宝申请Passport 及 Birth Cert.
*想听下你们的意见，如果使用Msian Passport 来帮她申请PR,是不是会比较容易批准些？
还有以后回马来西亚时，就用Msian Passport 进出，回日本外婆家时就用日本的Passport,
可是混淆的是，如果出境 Changi 时，使用Msian Passport, 到了日本之后，就使用Japan Passport 入境，当回到来SG Changi imigresen 时，就
使用Msian Passport 入境，这样的“组合” 应该没有问题吧

日本就不清楚了

新加坡是PR，只有等到你孩子18岁，新加坡政府才会给你孩子选择新加坡国籍还是外国国籍，不管选那个，PR会被拿回

我也正在在帮我小女儿弄这些东西，刚好自己有做记录全部步骤，但都是用英文写的，所以直接copy paste下来。大女儿是申请PR的，但申请PR的步骤忘了。这次小女儿是LTVP所以有记录下来：

1. Singapore Birth Cert
Preparation:
- fill up birth registration form (get from hospital)
- bring live-birth report (forgot the name)
- father and mother Singapore IC original
Steps:
a. Go ICA level3 (mother and baby no need)
b. get queue number
c. submit registration form, live-birth report, father & mother IC (original)
d. pay $18 and get birth cert and advisory （forgor the name) on the spot
This can be done at some hospital also but at higher cost.

2. Malaysia birth cert
preparation:
- baby photo (35x50mm, white background, eyes open) x 4
- father and mother malaysia IC x 2 copies + original
- father and mother singapore IC x 2 copies + original
- father and mother birth cert x 2 copies + original
- Malaysia marriage cert x 2 copies + original
- father and mother passport x 2 copies + original
- baby singapore birth cert x 2 copies + original
Steps:
a. Go Malaysia embassy (father, mother and baby)
b. exchange pass outside then enter the building
c. go to the bulding at right side (left side for passport)
d. look for officer there (not at counter), ask for baby form x 2
e. fill up baby form x 2 copies, paste baby, father, mother photos on both copies
d. pass the form and all supporting docs to the officer, officer will check and request for baby thumbprint. Then will help you submit.
f. wait for counter call your name
g. make payment at counter S$15, get a receipt that ask you come back collect birth cert (3 working day)
h. go to passport application hall, counter 10 (special counter for elderly, baby etc)
i. tell them you want to apply passport for baby, just submit birth cert application.
j. they will pass you a passport application form to fill it.
k. after fill up the form, back to counter 10, together with 2 piece baby photo
l. officer will verify the photo with baby and paste the photo to the form
m. officer will give queue number, tell you after you collect birth cert, go photocopy it (Malaysia embassy got provide photocopy service) and come back to counter 10 again

3. Malaysia passport
preparation:
- baby malaysia birth cert x 1 copy + original
- baby singapore birth cert x 1 copy + original
- father and mother malaysia IC x 1 copy + original
- father and mother singapore IC x 1 copy + original
Steps:
a. Go Malaysia embassy (mother and baby no need)
b. exchange pass outside then enter the building
c. bring the brith cert receipt and go to the building at the right side
d. go cashier counter to collect baby birth cert
e. go to passport application hall, photocopy baby birth cert
f. go to counter 10 with your previous queue number
g. submit you docs
h. will inform you collection time (3 day, can collect later)
i. Collection: go back Malaysia embassy to collect passport (collection time 2.30pm to 4.00pm) (mother and baby no need)

4. Two options: LTVP or PR
LTVP:
a. apply online at https://ltpass.ica.gov.sg/eltsvp/main.do
b. Need DE card number. Can get from advisory (get in when you get singapore birth cert)
c. need about 3 working week to approve (mine took 3 days).
d. After approve, make payment online, then make appointment with ICA
e. bring all required documents to ICA on appointment date. (pending)

我还在等appointment，所以还不知道接下来详细要做什么。

在申请malaysia birth cert时需要malaysia marriage cert (not singapore marriage cert).
如果你只有singapore marriage cert，也是需要去malaysia embassy apply malaysia marriage cert。步骤我也忘了
