Before that you need to consider the following .
（i) you must check the water pipe inlet level is it sufficient .  This  area should be a turfing area before tiling.  The owner never make the same level maybe the water pipe is too high.

(ii) The rubbish Bin can be demolished. So far , I didn't see any electric meter at that area.  Please make sure the hacking work do not disturbing your neighbor wall.

There is no picture show the top part of the gate post & rubbish bin area . Cannot  comments .

想把框起來的地方弄成和旁邊一樣的斜度,水管和信箱那邊的牆打掉
要把正幅 car porch 弄成一样的斜度，信箱敲掉把大门位子改大，也没什么大问题呀，简单罢了。
问题在于外面的水管，要动它，必须通知水务局。
