Responsibilities

• Good design flair and knowledge in commercial project.
• Be able to develop detailed designs and chosing materials.
• To strictly sepervise and ensure the work done in compliance with approved specifications.
• To produce designs that will be attractive to the target user, has a logical navigation system and has all the features required.
• To assist Advertising & Promotion team with web, graphics, exhibition and multimedia content creation.
• Good presentation skills to confidently propose conceptual designs to Client.
• Overseeing all aspects of interior design works from conception to completion of the project.
• Research, source and propose solutions for all for all sort of jobs and project.
• Perform site visit & handling measurement.
• To come out with new ideas and work well with other designers and department team.
• To prepare concept/design direction/proposals, 3D, technical/detail drawins and compliling of materials.
• Involved in coordination, supervision, monitoring renovation works.
• To meet datelines and maintain a consistent standard of work.
  

Requirement

• Candidates possess at least Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Interior Design or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome applied on "fesh entry"level.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
• Computer Literate.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in related field is required for Junior position.
• Must be Able to communicate in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malayu.
• Enthusiast in interior design.
• Creative, leadership & good working attitude.
• Able to design intersting space planning, even for large scale layout - Building / Kiosk Concept.
• Good technical drawing background/tender drawings, and 3D max savvy (prefer)
