Specialized 卡蒙车架seat tube cable stops 脱落

Carbon frame 的 seat tube 那边， hold 着 shifter cable 的 cable stop 整片脱出来该怎么办 ？
从它脱落的痕迹 (滑滑的) , 这部位应该是用adhesive 粘把料
Specialized 的车骨, 是不是可以warranty claim 新的frame  , 还是只会用gum 粘回  ??
只用了14 个月

会claim , 但是比较在意specialized 会陪新frame 还是用gum 帮我补回.
这里有人试claim 过 specialized 没有, process 是怎样的?
怕店家随便虎兰我, 所以要准备上述 到HQ
要看看life time warranty 到底是不是真的.

你先上诉HQ，这里的dealer如果虎烂你，你就拿HQ大他。 |

那个地方受力大，一般的gum承受不了的。。。
Specialized的Carbon车架是终身保用的应该不会有大问题，不过你要有一段时间没车骑的心理准备。你在哪一间店买的你就拿回去找他就是了。大前提是你的车是正品，是高仿的话就吃自己了。
Claim车架不是不可能，我以前的Scott就因为车架的漆脱落claim过一支全新车架。
建议你先用电邮跟店家沟通，如果对对方的态度不满意的话就CC去HQ。
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY ON BICYCLE FRAMES AND FRAMESETS
Specialized warrants to the original owner for the lifetime of the original owner of each new Specialized bicycle or frameset that the bicycle frame or frameset when new is free of defective materials and workmanship.
The lifetime Limited Warranty is conditioned upon the bicycle being operated under normal conditions and use, and properly maintained. This Limited Warranty does not apply to paint/finish or components attached to the bicycle/frameset such as front forks, wheels, drive train, brakes, seat post, handlebar and stem, or any suspension related parts or components. Paint/finish, components attached to the bicycle/frameset such as front forks, wheels, drive train, brakes, seat post, handlebar and stem, or any suspension related parts or components are covered under the limited one (1) year warranty.
This Limited Warranty is void if the bicycle or frameset was not purchased new or not properly assembled by an authorized Specialized dealer.

把脚车送回槟城著名的“姓氏“ 脚车店。
阿X 说他们的专家“Faixxx" 没有在， 要两个礼拜才回来。
只有他可以 examine 脚车的defects, 只有他可以拍照然后写report 和claim warranty
所以现在只可以等。
你老尾， 四五个老板和话事人都是摆美的。
整间点只靠一个人做工

不是Manufacturing defact当然Claim不到咯。。 每个公司都有他们自己的SOP，你就等等看如果真的被无礼对待的话就告到总公司去。
对了，你有没有Register你的车？

问题是到底是不是manufacturing defects 都是他们自己讲到完咯 。
我这个case 他们也可以说是勾到树枝什么的然后不让我 claim
没有registered |

有单据，然后是分销店买，如果你是割货买的。。。吃自己吧
1）拍照，email 给 specialized HQ （不是malaysia的哦，malaysia的只是小虾米）
2）HQ 会指示 refer 当地distributor ，这封email 很重要，如果没有这封email ，S 店当你是路小的
3）HQ 会指示 distributor 检查该问题，确定是defect 就 proceed claim
4）claim 的 方法用两种 ，A)一个是美国仓库direct 寄来 B）由distributor 换给你
A) 如果是A ，你要bare transport 和 tax ， malaysia tax tariff 你要 给 30% + （transport volumemetric）
如果你的车架是 7k ，请你准备 2.1K 给tax + transport tax 因为 盒子很大。。。你自己要在klia 跑上跑下。
B）如果是B ，HQ 会指示 distri 换 ，但是distri 可以以没货理由拒绝 ，要求美国送货过来。。。所以refer 回 A |

但是如果是文件有处理好 ，说是warranty replacement ，是免税（under repair & return tariff） |

哪个地方是不可能撞到的 ，有都是 over torque ， 比如锁太紧，或FD有泥然后出死力推，不是sfifter 瓜就是 stopper 瓜

如果真是不在Warranty范围的话是不是可以考虑做个clamp来替代。那个地方用glue的话应该不受力吧。。 |

体谅一下，不是每个人都像我们这么老实。他们要是不谨慎处理的话肯定赔到他们仆街
Claim一定有很多程序要跟的，就像车险一样要等到一切调查完毕之后才有得赔。。耐心等候吧。。
