小弟觉得跑3km比骑脚车10km还累。 不过想到过后有什么节目， 或者要观赛， 有脚车会比较麻烦（除非拆下来放进车里）。 所以报了3km

你先把脚車收在车里不要拿出来，然后去跑步。迟些还可以跟其他的佳礼人去夜骑。。

Dear list,

Thank you for registering the Simply The Best - Torch Run & Bike to participate in the opening ceremony of 29th World Squash Championship held for the 1st time in Penang on 18th March, 2014, Tuesday at 7pm in SPICE Arena (PISA).

This 29th International Squash Championship will be the 1st in its 29 years’ history to be hosted by a state instead of a country. The stringent criteria that only a country can host this international event were waived in favour of Penang. So guys… welcome to support the grand opening ceremony.

The highlight of the event will be the symbolism of Penang runners and cyclist’s participation is the flaming torch. As we run or cycle along, a flaming torch will be passed among us to be carried to our Chief Minister at the finishing site SPICE.

Championship organiser Nusmetro will be giving out a beautiful limited edition "Simply the Best" T-shirt autographed by Nicol David to the first 3,500 who has registered. A further 1,000 who will not be able to receive the T-shirts due to the limited number will be presented with free tournament tickets.

As if the beautiful special edition Nicol David autographed T-shirt and free ticket to the semi & final are not sufficient, a slew of lucky draws will be available for the runners and cyclists who stays back for the opening match featuring Nicol David.
