几个月前已经订好 (confirm 及钱已经过账) 房间,但是入住前两天才通知 (email) 我没有房间。我当时人已经到 KL,还好我有查 email,连电话也没有打来通知(今天这样的服务态度真的不行了),否则到了那里不止没地方住,还要亏掉车费。
因为不能入住,所以要求退钱,几次 email 给他们,他们答应提起退钱,但是非常失望的到今天(已经快两个月了,今天这样的服务态度真的不行了)都还没有退钱。
在此,为了保护消费者的权益,我恳请大家一起罢去GCM。希望借此机会提醒management,改善的服务态度,使我们这些消费者的权益受到保护,不要因为他们的服务态度影响马来西亚的旅游业。
