Customer Service Officer cum Marketing
MYR 1700 - 2500 Bonus and Allowance

Kuala Lumpur - Northpoint Offices, Mid Valley City
Responsibilities:

Handle Online Chat Support. 负责处理客户在线对话
Follow up and making outbound calls and answering inbound calls. 每日电话联系客户
Resolving customer issues. 协助客户以及解决客户的疑问
Provide customer support in terms of account verification, enquiries and other transactional matters to customers online. 在提供客户帐户验证，网上查询和客户其他交易事项方面给予支持
Organize & promote company's activities to customer 向顾客推动公司的活动
Comprehensive training will be provided. 将提供全面培训

Benefits:
Provide Shift Allowances RM 5 ~ RM 15 per day
Shift hours 8:30am~6:00pm or 1pm~10:30pm
5 working days per week, take turns leave.
Able to work on shifts, weekends & public holidays
Provide full attendance rewards, others weekly rewards, monthly performance bonus, end bonus.
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field.
Required skill(s): microsoft windows, Good command of English and Chinese, both Written and Spoken (preferably Mandarin & Cantonese), Chinese Typing, Good PC skills.
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and service oriented.
Pleasant tone of voice and good disposition with a positive working attitude and willingness to learn.
Required language(s): Chinese.
Self-starter and mature thinking.
Applicants must be willing to work in Northpoint Offices, Mid Valley City.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
8 Full-Time positions available.
Required chinese speaking candidates.

resume都寄了，你說會call我interview可是已經一個星期了。我只是好奇如果是因為我不符合標準那爲什麽還要說會call我面試 = =
