Lock In Period

effect start on 2nd July . SCB and Alliance bank normal loan nomore lock in period . how about other bank ? |

“normal loan” 是什么意思？我收的内幕消息是，明年2013年开始全部的银行都会取消lock in period，你也可以refinancing你的housing loan不会中 penalty。请问这里有那位大大有听说过？ |

应该都会有penalty，只是算法不同。国行只是说不能把unearned profit算进去，但是银行是可以收actual funding cost的。 |
