how long it take to charge back the 2600mah cell using the solar panel?what is the average output(ma and voltage) for the solar panel? within the period of 8am to 6pm for normal day light.

i think all other potential buyer will like to know how it works.

and if i want to use solar power to charge it, is it water resistance?
can i leave such a device under the sun?
the material can last under the sun?
how about the 2600mah battery? is it NiMH type or Li-ion?

if that is NiMH, wont that under high heat (35 deg C to 45 deg C), it will accelerate the self power drain issue?
The resistance of the NiMH battery is high enough to drain itself by just leaving the battery in the car in the day time.

so, in conclusion, can you tell me more about this charger + battery?

有两种充电方式：
1）usb接口/ 普通家电插头，大概6小时。
2）太阳能充电，大概10小时。

你好，
1）大概十个小时。Solar Panel: 5.5V/127Ma(0.8W). 17% transfer efficiency. Output voltage/Current: 5.0V/500MA

2）这是不防水的。其实不必直接暴晒在烈日中，放在有阳光的窗口旁也充到的了。内置电池是lithium的。

外加: reverse current protection circuit integrated to prevent batteries from being over charged or discharged.

i am not against this product, but i think the solar panel is just a gimmic.

let me put it this way

"Solar Panel: 5.5V/127Ma(0.8W). 17% transfer efficiency.
Outputvoltage/Current: 5.0V/500MA "

cited from the seller

a battery of 2600maH need some current to charge.

assume 100% charging efficiency,

Using solar panel, 2600/127 = 20.5 hours

Using external power supply, let say a common (for LI cell) 5V 500ma input, 2600/500 = 5.2 hours.

Now, calculate using 80% energy conversion rate for both system

Solar Panel need 20.5 X 1.2 = 24.6 hrs

External power 5.2 X 1.2 = 6.24 hrs

Since seller state can just leave it beside window,so energy being reflected + not in correct angle. Solar panel efficiency only left 25%.

External power remain the same.

Solar panel need 24.6 X 4 = 98.4 hrs

External power maintain 6.24 hours.

put in the factor of only 8 hours a day for sun light,

solar panel need 12.3 days to complete charging.

Other than use the 2600mah lithium battery for external power, Solar Panel is just one extra gimmic and it is too insufficient for doing charging. (IMO)

i will only buy it for the battery, not the solar panel.
