AirAsia is still offering normal flight services from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport. Flood-affected guests whose travel dates are today to 15 November 2011 have two options:

1.	Passengers may change their travel dates until 15 December 2011. The date change fee will be waived for flood-affected people. New travel dates are subject to seat availability. Black-out datesfor the ticket change are during 4 - 6 December 2011 and 9 - 12 December 2011.
2.	Keep the ticket value as a credit shell. The credit shell will be valid for up to 3 months from the date of issue. All normal terms and conditions apply.

请问下，keep the ticket value as a credit shell是怎么说？？？什么意思？？？有哪位大大可以解释清楚下？？？

就是把你买机票的价钱变成AA的credit，不能换cash拿出来，只能拿来再book机票 如果新机票的价钱比较贵就要补钱

浆我们原本买便宜机票的，肯定不太值得。。。
我还是直接补钱换时间就好了。。。

你说把机票的价钱变成AA的credit，是total amount（flight和service&fees)吗？

现在我的状况很糟糕31/10/11的机，他们给了２个选择，我选换日期。AA就要我去填e-form，添了又没回复。就去FB在投诉，AA又叫我等Customer Care team回复。
如果换日期，价钱比我原本买的贵，我需要补钱吗？

我现在想换credit shell，问题是：
1.肯定又要去e-form。。。又是等
2.如果AA过了我上机的日期，才回复我，那么我还换的到吗？
（以上是因为水灾，AA让我们换credit)

现在我是JB－KL，KL－BKK。那么我JB－KL的可以换credit吗？

昨天我打电话到AA, customer service 说一旦我们填了e-form, 就等于cancel flight 了。
credit shell　会在七天内发出到我们的ａｃｃｏｕｎｔ　里。
所以，只要你在出发前　（２４小时　ｂｅｆｏｒｅ　ｄｅｐａｒｔｕｒｅ）填好了ｅ－ｆｏｒｍ，就不用担心啦。

各位大大， 我也刚刚填了EForm. 想请问如果我可以拿到credit shell, 我可在哪里看到那个credit? 在AA member account 里的refund status 吗？
还有，所谓的只能够保留3个月，是不是只要在3 个月里做booking, 而flight 却可以是在3 个月以后？先谢谢了。

请问如果换成credit shell... 就是说我所有的飞机票钱与luggage 钱吗？
然后地方一定要选择bkk ？？
