Montana State University Offers Millions of Dollars in Financial Aid
Montana State University will offer millions of dollars in scholarships and awards to non-resident freshmen who apply for admission for the fall of 2012. Scholarships range in amount from US$2,000 - $15,000 a year and are renewable for all 4 years of study as long as a 3.0/4.0 GPA is maintained.
International students that do not take the SAT exam or do not achieve the minimum score of a 1560 are eligible for the International Programs Scholarship worth US$3,500 for the first year of study offered to any student with a 3.0 GPA and above at the time of application.
College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University Scholarships
The College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University welcome international students from around the world. We currently enroll 262 international students from 47 countries. We also annually attract 10-12 international students to our graduate School of Theology, and another 75-80 international students to our Prep School (a secondary school) located on the Saint John's University campus.
Scholarships for international students range from $5,000-$19,500 per year (4 year renewable scholarships). Students apply for scholarships by applying for admission. International student scholarships are awarded based on academic achievement and financial need. Students are also eligible for on-campus student employment. Full-time on-campus employment is available during the summer months of May, June, July and August.

The University of Oregon Awards Over One Million Dollars in Scholarships
The University of Oregon, founded in 1876, is the state’s flagship institution. The University of Oregon (UO) awards over one million dollars in scholarships to its international students each year. Tuition, cash and work-study awards are available. Selection is based on financial need and academic merit. The earliest scholarship deadline is February 15, 2012.
One of the unique strengths of Maryville College for international students is that we offer the close interaction and friendliness of a safe and small school environment, but also have a full range of services especially for international students.
Maryville College has a strong scholarship program for international students and most of our international students receive a scholarship. Scholarships are based on merit, as determined by school records and/or test scores, essay, and extracurricular activities.
To apply for a scholarship, an applicant must submit a complete application including an essay describing their academic goals, their reasons for choosing Maryville College, and their reasons for feeling they deserve or need scholarship funding.
IUPUI Chancellor's Recognition Award of $12,000 Annually over 4 Years
IUPUI is Indiana's premier urban university, with 21 schools and academic units which grant degrees in more than 200 programs from both Indiana University and Purdue University. Its location within blocks of downtown Indianapolis facilitates advancement of research and teaching, and presents unique opportunities for internships, partnerships, community engagement, and more. IUPUI enrolls more than 30,000 students representing all 50 states and 122 countries
Chancellor’s Recognition Scholars are automatically admitted to the IUPUI Honors College. The Honors College provides access to specialized advising, state-of-the-art facilities, and opportunities to conduct research and participate in leadership development. To be considered for renewal, students must attend full time, be an active participant in the Honors College and maintain a 3.3 GPA. No separate application is required. Students who have applied for admission by February 1 who have a minimum high school GPA of 3.75 (on a U.S. 4.0 scale) with a minimum 1250 SAT (for the mathematics and critical reading scores) or 27 ACT composite score may be eligible for this scholarship.
Founded in 1854, Hamline University was the first university in Minnesota. Hamline is a high-quality university with more than 4,500 students in its undergraduate, graduate, and law school programs. Hamline brings together a wide and diverse group of students from more than 56 countries around the world.
Merit scholarships at Hamline University are separated into two categories: Academic Scholarships and Additional Scholarships. Students may receive one academic and one or more additional scholarships. In addition, students have the opportunity to earn up to $2,500 per year by securing a job on campus.
Westminster College in Salt Lake City offers four-year music scholarships to qualifying students. The Department of Music at Westminster College offers a Bachelor of Arts degree in music. The major offers a choice of emphasis: academic or performance. The BA degree in music is an excellent choice for talented students who plan to pursue graduate work in music, and for liberal arts students pursuing two majors in preparation for graduate school.
It is also a degree that would qualify students for any number of music-related jobs following college. All prospective music majors must audition to be considered for admission into the Music Program at Westminster. Auditions for entrance into the Music Department are held year round; however, scholarship auditions for the 2012-2013 academic year end March 17, 2012.
To receive a music scholarship, you must maintain a GPA of 3.0. To apply for the scholarship, students must apply to Westminster BEFORE the music audition dates. 2012 auditions will be on: January 14, February 11, and March 17.
International Student Scholarships for Women at St. Catherine University
St. Catherine University is pleased to announce that we are now accepting applications for admission and partial scholarships for the 2012-2013 academic year. Our scholarships for female bachelor's-level students in any major range between $4,000 - $18,000 annually. Scholarships are awarded upon admission and are renewable based on satisfactory academic progress.
The largest scholarship can cover 45% of tuition, room & board costs. Awards are based on academic merit and financial need. Priority scholarship deadline is March 15, 2012. Interested students should request application materials by sending an email to international@stkate.edu.
University of Richmond Full Tuition Scholarships The University of Richmond will award up to 45 full tuition scholarships annually, renewable for up to eight consecutive semesters, for incoming first-year students. The University will consider all students for the Richmond Scholars Program who submit a complete application by December 1, 2011.
The evaluation process is highly personalized and holistic. Students who are selected to advance to the semi-final round will be notified by email and postal mail. Finalists will be notified by email so they can make arrangements for an expense-paid campus visit for the required scholarship interview.
