请教英文语法

说也惭愧，用英文这样久才发现还是分不大清以下的语法。

A)High unemployment is related to government‘s policy about which peoples scare.

B)High unemployment is related to government’s policy which peoples scare about.

以上有语法错误吗？
1）是不是 vi 的动词后面是不是一定要用 preposition？如不用，像A 的句子行吗？

2）The game that is not fun enough.

        这样行吗？ 我看到很多article都是这样用法。  据我所知，the game that is not fun enough make me bored 才比较正确吗？

3）Her baby hates to eat vegetable that/which no ones can force him to eat.
像这样的句子 that/which 互相用来用去可以吗?  蓝色eat 后面不加noun 可以吗? 还是preposition?

2）The game we are enjoying
       Material we can use

3) Fetch me that pen that belongs to Ali.
Fetch me that pen Which belongs to Al

4)X is the numeric value at which to evaluate the distribution.
如果我把at 去掉，可以吗？


我想问下以上语法对不对.

－不会用英文表达。。。
－太注重语法

应该是分成两派，一派尊重语法，另一派懒得理语法，主张“敢敢”多说就会（莫名其妙地）“流利”了，本国以后者居多，结果形成本地土产的罗惹英语，称之为英语其实也不正确，充其量只是一种克里奥耳语（creole）；而那些“太注重语法”的一派，初期可能面对很大的困境，意识到自己对英语的语法未掌握好，即使懂得某一数量的词汇也不晓得如何串成句子来表达自己，无法“敢敢”多说，但如果不放弃，这一派最终往往能掌握好英语，说出口的也是可以称得上是英语的英语。

您，想成为哪一派呢？请自由选择。
