我在１年前购买phase 6A, 当时价格３１万，我购买 end lot ３５万多，现在那区屋价涨的很高， 但与周边的其它的房屋比较，Nusa Idaman 的价格比其它的低 10%. 而且无论地形，设计，环境，居民，都很好。 |

Hi....i also bought new house at Nusa Idaman phase 6 (additional)..the unit still under construction but 90% completion already. Actually, i booked the unit since last year June. But, the selling permit still under pending situation, so i can't apply loan and whatever. Recently, I heard from agent that selling permit seem like approved but sales title still haven't come out...
Please share information together if anyone buy the same area with me or buyer at Nusa Idaman...
I'm 1st time to get in buying new house...Hopefully, i can get more info from you all.

ok, if i not wrong, the price u bought is 320k. As u said u waiting for the sale permit to approve, so i would like to know the unit u bought is it international lot or bumi lot? if it is a bumi lot normally developer will need to wait for release. this period normally is about after 1 year of new launch. But i think nusa idaman is about 2 years. this pahse 6A start launch at dec 2009, so i think bumi lot will release at end of this year.
do u already sign spa? or u just pay a booking fees only? if u pay for pre-booking or people said under q list, that mean if that is any bumi putra wanted to but the unit u want, than yr booking will consider void.
any where hope u can get the sale's permit soon. welcome to join us in phase 6. |

我是8A的， 我记得我签maintenance agreement时候， 有问过律师
他说是rm150/mth， 我的是免费3年， 3年后， 由committee members 负责管理
就不知道三年后的行情了~~ |
