良与贤的家~窗帘哪家做好呢?!装T5了哦!PG5

买屋故事篇
话说。。两年前。。。
我还是个租房的,当时从没想过要买房子。。
在这里,我要多谢我那可爱的屋主了!感谢他要加我的房租,导致我脑中冒出“与其帮人家供房子,不如供自己的房子吧!”
和男朋友商量后~我们就展开《寻屋行动》!
当时因为工作关系,我们就只锁定在DAMANSARA区。。
曾经到KOTA DAMANSARA看了许多不同房子,但最后因为那儿的严重塞车,让我们打消在那买房子的念头~
再后来,我们就把范围锁定在BANDAR UTAMA区内~
那时最便宜的就是BU11和BU12的屋子,但都要RM5XX,XXX(至少需要再用RM1OO,OOO++装修)这已超过我们俩的预算!( 穷啊!)当时几乎放弃了!
再后来,我们看到BU里有一系列的TOWN HOUSE,让我们重燃希望!
这里我真的想说,大城市就是大城市!买屋子都不可以慢!在我们经过精挑细选+深思熟虑后,才发现它们全卖光了!就连才打着地基的单位也不例外!
当时我们的心就是从天堂顿时掉到地狱里!
这里又要感谢当时在地盘做工的uncle,他看到我们俩失望的表情,就好心告诉我们TOWN HOUSE对面好像还剩最后一个单位没卖!
我们俩就到发展商那儿问,结果真的还剩下最后一个单位
我就上网问有关资料,结果发现最后单位都是人家选剩的!
再加上种种的缺点,让我不知所措!但最后的最后,我们俩还是买下那最后单位
我们给了定金,就开始找银行!我们申请了PB,MB和HLB,最后我们拿HLB,利息BLR-2.15(当时经济开始复苏,利息开始调高 )

左盼右盼,现在还有一个多月就可以拿锁匙了!

上次有兴趣买,剩ground floor unit, 400k plus。。。觉得design 有点怪,只有master bedroom window 可以 晒到阳光。。。condo 不象condo,townhouse不象townhouse, 所以放弃。。

~电视橱柜及咖啡桌篇~

打算今年年尾搬家的我们,早在几个月前就开始为装修而做准备~
KL常常有家居展、家具展。。我们就到那儿”做功课“。

话说有一次,我们去某个家具展。。就败了个电视橱柜及咖啡桌
(事后超后悔,因为回家上网看到还有更美更便宜的!!这就是冲动的下场!唉!)

拿锁匙篇


4/11/2011 的早上,当可爱的邮差叔叔把通知信交给我时,我忍不住的大喊:“YEAH!终于可以拿锁匙了!

11/11/2011 我和小良就到发展商领取我们新家的锁匙。

12/11/2011 我们开始到新屋子检查defect。这时我才发现有许多东西要忙~



用具:

1.Rubber Hammer
2. 粉笔
3. Masking Tape
4. Marker Pen
5. 手电筒
6. 剪刀/刀片
7. 白纸
8. Digital Camera



要检查的东西

1) Walls and Ceiling
2) Tiles and Floor
3) Doors and Window
4) Miscellaneous Fixtures
5) Leaky Pipes

我们总共用了三天的时间检查defect(白天+傍晚+雨天),然后再把投诉呈交给发展商。

我们用了三天的时间,终于把defect列出,呈交给发展商。以下是较为严重的defect:

Plaster ceiling 的估价单

由于担心石灰粉对人类健康影响,所以睡房都不会做石膏。

客厅
Plaster ceiling board= RM665
Light trough = RM760

饭厅
Plaster ceiling board= RM396
Light trough = RM540

入口处
Plaster ceiling board= RM408
Light trough = RM20

走廊
Plaster ceiling board= RM335
Light trough = RM1210

主人放会做堵墙=RM850(supply skim coat n plastering)

当年差点买了,剩下最后一个unit,不过是在ground level以下的unit,而且design很少窗口expose到阳光,所以放弃了。。。不过是很美的design

这是我家的FLOOR PLANE~它的格局有点奇怪,让我不懂怎样摆放我的厨房!!

老实讲你的电视柜和咖啡桌真的买贵了!4k++可以custom made一个很美的了,而且你买的款式已经过时了!不能换别的吗?至少跟商家换一套皮沙发就差不多这个价钱。
你的floor plan我看了也很懊恼,真的不懂应该怎么摆才对。参考showroom的啦!

我的新家是CONDO来的~
因为只有45个单位,所以没有示范屋的~只好靠自己咯!
但研究了几个月,都不满意~烦啊!!!
