Skynet Muar Branch 没有服务态度!

昨天在佳礼买了东西,用SKYNET寄
今天就在店里等.
等等下,就去TRACKING咯,结果看到...
阿????我不在店??
我一直在店等啊!!!!!什么嘛!!!!:@
实在怀疑那里的办事效率,如果我没有TRACE,我都不知道原来SKYNET也这样做事的!:@ |

Dear president:
I am one of the customer of SKYNET From Johor Muar Pagoh.
First, I would like to complaint that the SKYNET mail delivery Process.Yesterday i buy a model from a buyer, buyer post it with SKYNET mail, so today i just waiting at my shop.after that , buyer give me the trace code.Then, I go to The http://www.skynet.com.my/ To Track my Item.
Shipment Problem 1
Date: 20 Feb 10 10:40 am
Problem Code: PC005
Created By: MUA
Comments: CONSIGNEE NOT AT HOME/OFFICE. DELIVERY WILL BE RE-ATTEMPTED
Delivery has been attempted, the consignee was not present / company closed. Delivery will be re-attempted
I Waitng Whole Morning at my shop. Why i dun know that my shop is close/and i was not present?
I am looking forward to seeing the changes of the SKYNET

应该没有几间快递公司有“服务态度”的吧
我2月8号用袋鼠寄了一个包裹去 penang
朋友到今天都还没有收到
每次打电话去问,都说会 call 回
call 到今天,一个回复都没有
马来西亚邮局也不是省油的灯
我过年前两个星期寄的平邮
到现在也是还没有送到!!

这也是要看地方。。我公司也是用skynet..
有什么问题就直接找他老板 打电话去是没用的。。最多敷衍你而已
直接跟老板谈,因为你不知道员工是哪一个 他们也懒惰帮你查
直接找老板就好 事情不难解决{:2_81:} |

天网的品牌都是这样的,讲星期一来,结果没有来,打过去讲迟了,要第二天,还是没来,结果要等到第三天。。。因为是贵重的东西,又怕出去的时候他们会来,结果我的家人白白浪费了三天时间来等他们。。。 |

到目前我公司用SKYNET都还没出问题
如果有问题
一定会骂到他脱裤! |

最后我还是自己去拿:@
去到几十KM的OFFICE拿:@
到现在SKYNET还没有给我REPLY:@
我现在火的是他没有送来,即使他要亏钱,他也要把货物送到手上吧? |

很難說滿意吧 只是沒有多少選擇了。試過送東西給別人,明明都有寫fragile,還是被丟壞了。能怎樣。。。。 |

我试过~!同样的地区。。同样的公司。。
到最后我自己去拿。。
然后他还说我们有派人去可是没人在家阿。。。、
还送了几次呢。。
WTF。。 我家那么多人。。。 |

我也是试过,我明明在家他打来说没有在家吗, 我直接和他说现在我在家门口,原来他们去错地方了 |

我公司是用 TNT 的。。蛮不错啊!
而且那里的服务人员久不久会打来问我们有什么需要的 |

對,我也是遇到同樣的問題,tracking狀態寫著收件人不在,也沒有撥電話通知。
反而是我自己撥電去確認了,他們那才說物件已經到達,要我自己過去領取~~~
一級棒的態度!! |

The fact is that, I had been waitng for the whole morning at my shop and i don't understand how could i missed your stuff and didn't received my item or in fact, your stuff never tend to present himself and procrastinate the postage? By right, i can sue you for your unfaithful and untrustworthy business service. Please do take note that my item is really urgent.
Of course, I am looking forward for your explanation and hope to see the changes of SKYNET.

馬來西亞的服務業,其實是要客戶為他們服務
而不是他們去服務客戶
客戶花費的目的 = 受服務業的氣 = 為服務業服務。 |
