DIGI always the smarter choice

在這裡比較少看到有人投訴DIGI。今天我忍了很久﹐終於忍無可忍打電話到DIGI臭罵他們的supervisor一頓。DIGI用戶都知道﹐這幾個月的電話單會比較遲收到。但他們沒有理由因為他們的過錯而怪罪在我們顧客身上吧。這個情形已經不是第一次了。我的subline也中招了。他們的supervisor告訴我credit limit 超過了RM400!! 當我看回我的單﹐ 的確是超過RM400。但裡面的都有 5,6,7,8月的通話記錄。但是我收到的單是八月的。那個supervisor說最近digi的billing system有問題﹐還說可以上網查我的電話單。媽X﹗﹗ 我當然知道可以啦﹐ 可是還了七月的單﹐八月份的單又出現七月的通話記錄。:@ :@ 那我到底要還多少錢?? 我已經懶惰上網查我的單了。 這裡肯定會有人問﹐ 為什麼你不會查自己的電話單?? 必須知道的是﹐我們交的電話單就是出薪水給他們﹐反而還要幫他們做工?? 那不是白白拿薪水嗎?? 我一定要把這件實告訴大家知道﹐ 不然digi真的以為他們的service是最好的。 |

那你明知道欠了酱多个月应该要打去台问,而不是等他cut了你的线才打去骂人吧,你没有道理,现在每个digicenter都有自动付款机,你不会去查看哦 |

請問你看東西有看完嗎? 我說了我還了七月的單可是八月的單又出現七月的通話記錄。也就是說他們漏了。。 明白嗎?? 不明白的話﹐再給你另外一個example。比如說七月的時候我的通話記錄有兩百通電話﹐可是他們算漏了﹐然後加去八月的單。因此我八月的單就over credit limit了。這樣應該明白了吧 |

我非常赞同。。。这几个月的bill,真的是乱七八糟。。。如不是贪它的收费率较便宜。。。老早就换台了 |

我之前也有酱的问题
可是他们的customer service就是很冷的告诉你
:我们会尽量改进。。。。
真的被他气到。。

之前我也有同样的问题
2月份的bill清了,三月份的单来发现到还有一月份的通话记录
晕~
不过我很少用电话,发现没有什么大问题就没有去理他
这个月有封信来说技术上问题,会有类似的事件发生

問題是這不是我們顧客的錯﹐但他們就把我的號碼斷掉了。如果有緊急事情怎麼辦?? |

這是第一封

Kindly be informed that based on our records, we have sent your physical bill statements to the registered billing address above. However, there is a possibility that the statement was lost in transit.
As an alternative, you may view/print your bill statement via the method below once you have logged in to your OCS account:-
a) Click 'My Account'
b) Click 'View Bill'
c) Select the 'Month'
d) Click 'Search'
e) Click 'View and Download Bill.
f) You may check your bill statement for the last 6 months
Please be notified that your account will be barred on two conditions;
a) Exceed of credit limit
b) Overdue payment
Based on our investigation, you account was barred as the total usage amount was above your credit limit of RM400.00. Nevertheless, we have temporary unbarred your account. Please make payment to continue to use our services.
Please be assured that measures to prevent the delayed charges from reoccurring in future have been carried out.
We trust the information provided clarifies your enquiry and would like to thank you for your support towards us.

第一封他們說我的credit limit超過了RM400而沒有還﹐我告訴他們因為他們的單亂七八糟﹐幾個月前的都算再一起﹐就算我的credit limit是RM1000都肯定超過啦。 第二封就說我兩個月沒有還錢﹐媽X﹗﹗﹗ 他們的billing system慢關我什麼事?? 我才剛剛收到電話單的第二天就被割了。有誰是做記者的嗎?? 我想把這件事搞大﹗﹗﹗ |
