如果嫖妓被捉,在法律上会被罚什么?

如题, 如果嫖妓被警察捉,是犯了那一条罪?
会被罚什么?

也对。还好不做这些丢脸的事。因为通常有我在的地方不久就有警察出现。做坏事轮不到我。

但，别忘记，如果刚好嫖客和小姐被捉时是进行反正常性行为~口交或肛交，我想虽然嫖客不会被提控性消费，但很大可能会在penal code 377 （肛交）下被提控。肛交是377，口交有谁知道是什么section?

section 377A Penal Code : any person who has sexual connection with another person by the introduction of the penis into the anus or mouth of the other person is said to commit carnal intercourse against the order of nature.

section 377B Penal Code: whoever voluntarily commits carnal intercourse against the order of nature shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend ti twenty years, and shall also be liable to whipping.

肛交 -  是 377B

377 是 -  獸交
