这些严重事件的投诉可能涉及到法律起诉或警方涉入调查等，投诉步骤如下：

１。写一封正式投诉信寄至本公司，地址如下：

　　Selangor , MALAYSIA

　　Attn : Complaint Department

２。投诉信內容必须详细说明欲投诉的事项。

３。投诉者须附上真实资料如下：
　　a.姓名
　　b.地址
c.电话
d.身份证复印本

４。凡內容不详或个人资料不全者恕不受理。

５。一经收到投诉，我们会尽快给投诉者一个答复。

Making official complaint to CARI Internet for serious case that may involves, polis investigation and legal matters. (Serious complaints only)

In order to provide better service, all Cari Internet users can formally complain to the Cari internet  website.The procedure is as follows :

1.  Write a complaint letter to our company at

3.  The complainant must include his / her personal details as follows :-

　　b. Address:
　　c. Telephone No:
　　d. Photocopy of  I.C.

4.  All complaint letters will not be entertained if the above details are not
furnished / complete.

5.  We will reply to all complaint letters as soon as possible.
