Description	Impact of Tasmania's Bushfires
Ta Ann Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that one of our veneer rotary mill under its subsidiary company, Ta Ann Tasmania Pty Ltd (“TAT”), located at Southwood site, the southern part of Tasmania is experiencing disrupted operation due to recent bushfires. The bushfires are now under control and the extent of the damages are under assessment. The plant is nevertheless fully insured and assessment is now being undertaken. There is however no impact to another of our veneer mill located in the North of Tasmania whereby the veneer and plywood processing is still going on smoothly. The Management is taking all necessary mitigation measures and action plans after a thorough assessment is completed. This announcement is dated 11 February 2019.
