Sim Lian Group Limited is a Singapore-based company that operatesthrough two business divisions: property development and construction.The property development division is engaged in the development ofhomes. Under this division, the Company has launched three condominiumprojects, which are The Dew Executive Condominium, The Jade and ThePearl @ Mount Faber. Under the construction division, the Company'sbuilding construction activities are conducted through its wholly ownedsubsidiary, Sim Lian Construction Co (Pte) Ltd. The types of buildingsconstructed include public housing, private condominiums, landedhousing and industrial buildings. It has undertaken projects forHousing Development Board (Singapore government agency), as well as forprivate developers, such as Guocoland, MCL Land and Keppel Land. SimLian Group Limited's support businesses include electrical and civilengineering, metal works, trading of industrial lubricants and leasingof mobile sanitation products






公司連續這五年的業績好像都不是很好哦, 一年比一年低哦.....
