我想寫一封投訴信(急!)

自認英語不好,
所以我想請求大家幫我打一封投訴信
内容大概是這樣的..........
我是xxx,我寫這封公函的目的是想投訴一位來自JB海關的電話接待員,她説話態度欠佳,直接影響我的情緒。
事情經過是這樣的,
1.我于2006-7-25 10:10AM打電話詢問了一些關於我包裹的問題,對方用不耐煩的語氣對我解釋,我聼不清楚她的解釋,所以停頓了一下,結果對方挂了我電話,這令我感到很生氣。
2.10分鐘后,我再打多一次,開始時我問她爲何挂我的電話,她解釋說她那裏的電話斷線,然後就陸陸續續用很不好的語氣問我到底要什麽,重復了好幾次。我聼了很生氣,覺得這個接待員服務態度很差,我就挂綫了。
3.我不了解他們是怎樣處理打電話過來詢問的人,可是這一次我真的對海關政府人員感到非常失望。直接另我失去信心,影響了我一整天的情緒。如果我在那天發生了什麽事情,誰擔當得起?我相信在未來的日子,我都不想與任何政府人員合作。 像這樣的服務態度,對人民公平嗎? 我會向我外籍朋友傾訴,到時候他們也不會再信任這個國家,間接性的影響了國家的旅遊業。我不想看到我敬愛的國家會變成這個樣子。我自己的土囯,服務態度竟然那麽欠佳,真的很令人丟臉。
4.我這次寫信來,只是要投訴那位madam,要求她對待人民稍微好語氣一點。無論打電話來的語氣多麽的不好,深爲一個為國家服務的人員,是不是應該多溫柔體貼呢?
5.希望有更好的改進。

我草稿了一封。免费的。但是内容不完全和你写的一样。
为什么情绪那么容易受到他人影响呢?这不是你的错,让自己不开心只是自己更吃亏而已。快乐起来吧!
不过要有心理准备投诉信写过去,也不会有更改的。。。
Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is XYZ (I/C number: 443453454334). I am writing this letter about my utmost unplesant experience with an officer at custom office, Johor Bahru.
On 2006-7-25 10:10AM, I called Custo office m at Johor Bahru, at number 12334566 to enquire for shipment of my parcel. Unfortunately, the lady who picked up my phone was apparently in a awful mood. She explained things to me in an impatient tone, and when I paused for a short moment to figure out what she had said, she hanged up my phone, to my biggest shock.
After 10 minutes, I called again, and talked with the same lady. I was curious on the reason of her hanging up phone suddenly, she said that was because telephone network was not in good condition. She did not care to apologize. And more, this was followed by her aggresive and repeated enquiries on what did I really want from her. This attitude of releasing tension without helping caller truly frustrated me.
The experience I had may not represent the norm. However, phone calls like this can totally tarnish our tourism was the caller a tourist, and not me. Were I holding management level in your department, I would take a serious look in the matter.

"customs" is in plural form。
Sending a complaint letter in English to Malaysian government agency is a waste of time. |

你的投诉信太私人和情绪化了。首先要清楚说明事情来因如when,why,how,what,who等。

I thought Malaysia goverment accepts 2 languages for any formal letter which are english and bm?So there is no problem to write grievance letter using english language.
Your letter would be comprehensive if you write using S.E.I method.

You can write in whatever letters you wish, but do not expect any reply from our English handicapped officials. |
