A total of 31,678 applications for 3,074,469,300 Shares with a value of RM1,168,298,334 were received from the Malaysian public, which represents an overall oversubscription rate of 144.08 times.

Bhd. had on 18 September 2024 accepted two letters of award from Mitrajaya Construction Sdn Bhd for the Sub-Contract Works (as defined below) for one block of 11-storey hospital for Avisena Healthcare Sdn Bhd in Seksyen 14, Shah Alam, Selangor. The aggregate amount of the two said letters of awards from Mitrajaya Construction Sdn Bhd is RM8.13 million (including Sales and Services Tax). The sub-contract works covers the following: supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of Building Automation System; and supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and Information Communication Technology (ICT) services. Reference is made to the announcement by the Company dated 4 October 2024, 27 January 2025 and 28 April 2025 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) between Serikandi Oil Field Services Sdn. Bhd. (“Serikandi”) and Solar District Cooling Sdn. Bhd. (“SDC”) (“Announcements”).  Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definition used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements. The Board wishes to provide the following additional information. VALUE OF THE PURCHASE ORDER The value of the purchase order is USD$114,130.00. TENURE OF PURCHASE ORDER The commencement date of the purchase order is 28 April 2025 and the expected date of delivery is 31 May 2025. The purchase order is one-time order purchase. FINANCIAL EFFECTS The purchase order is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of SDCG Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2025. The purchase order will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders' shareholdings of the Company. RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PURCHASE ORDER The Company does not expect any material risk arising from the purchase order other than normal operational risk associated with the purchase order which the Group would take appropriate measures to minimise them. DIRECTORS' AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS' INTERESTS None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company or persons connected with them have any direct or indirect interest in the above purchase order.
