-然后要用时才开启?卡会被取消掉吗？

big pay 的 freeze card 功能，如果可以运用在平时关起而不被人扫描到卡资料的话。那么就不需要买那种TRU VIRTU的金属钱包来防止卡资料被扫描盗卡资料。

Lost or Stolen Card

1. What happens if I lose my card or it is stolen?

If you have lost your card or suspect it has been stolen, don't panic, freeze (‘block’) it immediately in the “Account” section of the app to prevent any unauthorised transactions.

Once your card is frozen, you need to contact support at 1300 13 3388 (local) or 03 7662 9200 (overseas), or via the app for your card replacement.

Please note there will be a RM20 card replacement fee.
