要reinstall我的手提电脑windows 10, 如何获取product key

如果你的windows 版本是windows 10 home single language 是可以安心format 。 从官网直接下载ISO 放进usb pendrive. 我新买laptop第一时间就是format掉了 ，然后重装

我现在尝试下载另外一架 windows 7 home （harddisk坏了不能recovey)

放入 key 后它竟然说

windows 7和windows 10不同
windows 7 OEM需要用厂商的Recovery Windows 7 Reinstall dvd (买的时候有没有送recovery 光碟) .你放的那个下载windows 7 并不是通用 oem 版本 ，windows 10才是
不然你就去MSDN 那边下载正版，没有的话我给你link下载，然后用KMS/Reloader 破解

同样的bios & motherboard 也能自动 activate 了？？

（本来是 8 的升级去了 10）所以你的是win10了，只需装回同样版本，它会自动detect的
