怎么用EPF还MAYBANK的屋期？

第一次不能在EPF  IACCOUNT 申請，
因為沒有 PREVIOUS PAID RECORD 證明是還 HOUSING LOAN 給哪個BANK .
...

只要BANK LETTER就可以了？

S&P不需要吗？

其實這個是不是準備那個loan statement給KWSP的費用來的?
如果是每個月的IBG charges, 不是很貴?

等着答复。。可能只是申请的时候charge，但是charge两次就不明白为什么了。

這是我在它家網上看到的, 應該沒錯是那個loan balance statement的service charge, 你的情況應該是給double charge了.
