无法顺利下载activex control for internet explorer

请求各位大大帮忙，小弟目前遇到一个问题，当我format pc　后要install activex control 给 IE10时出现的问题，我有上网查看但只得到叫如何check setting.

我也尝试control panel >> program and feature  >>　turn windows feature on or off  >> untick internet explorer 10  >> restart >> tick 回　internet explorer 10 >> restart.
尝试后还是得到同样的结果，(format pc之前小弟使用　IE7,也尝试用IE 7 做了相同的步骤，也是得到相同结果)

你少打勾另外一个download unsigned activex controls改成enable
