公司要关了，所以我和同事都相续辞职了，可是老板最后2个月就只给扣了epf后的薪水，没有进epf,socso那些给kwsp了，过了1个多月也没消息，老板是欧洲的外国人，所以要找都找不到，email什么的都不回复，该怎么办？ |

公司员工已离职，perkeso的表格每个月还有他们的名字，可是表格有填他们的离职日期了，但是表格每个月还是有他们的名字，请问会怎样的吗？ |

请问第一次还socso一定要去socso kaunter还吗？ 因为我公司刚注册socso,socso的人说第一次一定要到回他们那边还，接下来才可以去银行还，他也没有给我表格那些，到时他们会寄表格来时吗？ |

据EPF官网，OT并不需要还EPF的。

Among the payments not liable for EPF contribution:
- Service charges
- Overtime payment
- Gratuity
- Retirement benefits
- Retrenchment, temporary and lay-off termination benefits
- Any travelling allowance or the value of any travelling concession
- Payment in lieu of notice of termination of employment
- Director's fee
