请问拿到grant of probate,廉价屋还需要consent吗？

请问拿到grant of probate，廉价屋transfer of title还需要consent吗？rockwill跟我讲不用consent，可是我的lawyer讲要consent，cost of consent 4k-6k.              transfer of title可以自己去land office申请还是一定要通过lawyer?

no need, ask your lawyer to update his law. The law has been amended. consent is no longer required, and only confirmation is required from the developer.

只是有问题要问你，给你一些思考空间：-

1。谁是做法律上的工作与做这些title transfer的专业人士？ 是rockwill 吗？ 是网友吗？

2。如果不信任你的律师，请问，你向其他律师咨询得到的答案来的更准确，还是向rockwill或网友咨询得到的答案来的更准确呢？

3。如果网友/rockwill 给你的答案跟律师给你的答案有矛盾你觉得谁更有相信的价值？

我觉得那位律师跟你说的是consent for transfer of low cost property; 并非土地局的consent to transfer.

可能 LZ 误会了。前者手续比较不同，所以收费不同。

还有，如果有地契，发展商confirmation 是不需要的. 所以，哪位朋友也要 update your law.
