BEIJING: A female college student in Taiwan has beencharged with animal abuse after she "punished" her pet cat bystuffing the feline in a plastic jar and then posting a picture of it onFacebook.
北京：台湾一名女大学生为“惩罚”宠物猫将其塞进塑料罐，还把图片上传到了脸谱网上。她为此受到了虐待动物指控。
Kiki Lin, a student at Taichung's Providence University,came under fire from Facebook users after she posted pictures of her cat sealedin a jar, claiming the incident was a "punishment" for thefeline's misbehaviour.
林琪琪（Kiki Lin）是台中静宜大学的学生，她将罐装猫咪的图片上传到脸谱网后受到该社交网站用户的抨击，她称这么做是为了“惩罚”猫咪的不规矩。
Lin was charged with animal abuse this week and if found guilty she couldface an expensive fine, and up to one year in prison.
本周，林受到了虐待动物指控，如果背判有罪的话，她将面临高额罚款和长达一年的监禁。
According to 'The China Post', Lin's claimed that she forced her"beloved" cat into a jar so that the duo could enjoy a nice outing.
据《中国邮报》，林称她将自己“心爱”的猫咪塞进罐子是为了方便一起外出。
"I love her so much, and I was just testing out the most convenient methodof taking her out. And I only did it once," she said, adding that hercat's 4kg weight was too strong for her to cope with when trying to put the catinto a bag.
她说：“我很喜欢她，我只是在测试将她带出去的最便捷方法。而且我也只试过一次。”她还说，把8斤重的猫放进袋子很不好办。
Regarding netizens' anger, Lin said that she was sorry for the misunderstandingbut refused to apologize for her action.
对于网民的愤怒，林说她很抱歉自己引发的误解，但拒绝就自己的行为致歉。

很显然，在鬼佬眼里：新闻需要时，台湾就属于中国了
另外，台湾有好事就不是中国，没好事就说是中国，还有好多台湾女的卖淫说自己是大陆人
