Unexplained plumes ofradioactive steam have been rising from Fukushima's Reactor Building 3. TEPCOhas confirmed the reports, adding that they were not clear on the details ofthe sudden change at the reactor because of "lethal radiation levels inthat building." Meanwhile some experts think that "the situationcould escalate rapidly out of control."
福岛核电站3号堆突然喷出未知核蒸汽。东电已确认了此事，但表示他们也不清楚到底发生了什么，因为“建筑内的辐射程度已经达到了致死标准”。一些专家们认为，福岛的情况“可能会迅速恶化，失去控制”。


Unexplained plumes ofradioactive steam have been rising from Fukushima's Reactor Building 3. TEPCOhas confirmed the reports, adding that they were not clear on the details ofthe sudden change at the reactor because of "lethal radiation levels inthat building."
Fukushima's Reactor Building3 exploded on 13th March 2011 as a result of a hydrogen buildup, breaching thebuilding's containment and emitting a huge plume of radiation. The reactoritself is in meltdown.
福岛核电站3号堆突然喷出未知核蒸汽。东电已确认了此事，但表示他们也不清楚到底发生了什么，因为“建筑内的辐射程度已经达到了致死标准”。

福岛3号堆在2011年3月13日就曾氢气爆炸过一次，建筑被炸裂，排放出了巨量的辐射气。核电站本身则被烧熔了。

And now fresh plumesof steam have been seen coming out the structure. These have now been confirmedby TEPCO, the owner of the nuclear plant, from 19th December onwards. Thecompany believes the steam is coming from the fifth floor of the building.
现在这个反应堆又开始往外喷蒸汽了。核电站的所有者东电已确认了此事。东电公司认为，蒸汽应该是从建筑的第五楼冒出的。

However it does notknow the cause of the steam. Lethal levels of radiation and the physical damageto the structure have so far made entry and inspection impossible.
Summations fromexperts conclude that this may "be the beginning of a 'spent fuel poolcriticality (meltdown)' involving up to 89 tons of nuclear fuel burning up intothe atmosphere and heading to North America."
不过，蒸汽的成因却是无人知晓。由于核辐射程度已经达到了致人死命的水准，建筑结构也被严重破坏，进入核电站进行查看已经是不可能的事。

一些专家们认为，这是“废燃料池已达到融化的临界值”的征兆，一旦大祸酿成，89吨核燃料所化成的蒸汽将被喷到大气中，并飘向北美。

Educated guessessuggest that the steam is "coming from what’s left of the fifth floor ofthe mostly-destroyed building."
TEPCO has admittedthat "they do not know why this steam is being generated, butmatter-of-factly revealed today (December 28) the steam was first spotted onDecember 19 for a short period of time, then again on December 24 and again onDecember 25."

TRN is warning ofpreparatory measures that should be taken by those living on the West Coast ofAmerica because after the "releasing 89 tons of deadly radioactive fueldirectly into the air", it would be a matter or 2 to 3 days before thedeadly material would fry North America "by [the] levels of airborneradiation and ‘hot particles’ which could kill."
现在的形势“可能会迅速恶化，失去控制”。

TRN警告美国西海岸一带的居民，一旦这“89吨辐射剂量致死的核燃料被直接排放进大气里”，就要采取必要的初步措施，因为废气很有可能会在2到3天内就抵达北美。

有多少个国家会承认自己的核电站有问题。
对一些印度，中国的核电站安全，还是有所保留。
