《出發檢查篇》第一步:檢查胎壓
俗話說得好:汽車是鐵包肉,單車是肉包鐵。別以為悠哉游哉的跟三五好友騎腳踏車出門兜風,一切天下太平,沒有做好行前的安全檢查,輕則來個輪胎破風、鏈條「落鏈」,少不了一陣麻煩,弄得兩手沾滿油汙、興致全無;嚴重的來個摔車意外,以血肉之軀與柏油路搏鬥,肯定不會有什麼好下場。
出門前花個幾分鐘對自己的愛車來一套基本的安全檢查,雖然護不了一生,卻可以讓你平平安安的出門,快快樂樂的回家。
1、輪胎「破風」,除了異物侵入以外,最常見的原因就是胎壓不足,造成內外胎與輪框不正常的磨耗而產生。輪胎製造商都會在胎壁標示建議的打氣磅數,較高級的自行車胎還會標示出最高與最低的安全磅數。
2、建議在家裡準備一支附有磅數表的打氣筒,參考所使用的輪胎建議的數字,在出門前將輪胎打到合適的磅數。同時可以檢查外胎表面是否有異物侵入的狀況,並加以解決。

There are 4 types of road bikes and each is explained below:
1) Road Race (also known as Road Competitive and Road Aggressive)
2) Road Relax (also known as Road Endurance or Natural Position
3) Road Fitness (also known as Upright Geometry or Upright Position)
4) Triathlon / Time Trial
Road Race
This category is also known as “Road Competitive” or “Road Aggressive”. These bikes place the rider in an aggressive position with the rider’s upper body in approximately the 2 o’clock position when properly fit. They are primarily made to go fast, but the higher end bikes will also have frame design aspects and components that add to the comfort of the ride. If you want speed and agile handling, then this is the type of bike to get.
Road Relax
This category is also known as “Road Endurance” or “Natural Position”. These bikes place the rider in a more upright position, but still basically in a traditional road position. The rider’s upper body is approximately in the 1 o’clock position. This is achieved by a taller head tube and a more upright stem versus the Road Race bikes. Road Relax bikes are made for riders who can’t hold, or don’t want to hold the more bent over position of the Road Race bike. Most riders of the Road Relax category prefer comfort over performance. This does not mean that these bikes are not performance orientated. With most manufacturers, you can still get advanced frame materials, good lightweight wheels, and high-end components. What you give up is slight aerodynamic benefits. By being a bit more upright, your upper body catches more wind. This becomes noticeable above 20 mph.
Road Fitness
This category is also known as “Upright Geometry” or Upright Position”. These bikes are made to place the rider in an upright position with the rider’s upper body in approximately the 12 o’clock position. To achieve this, the manufacturer uses a taller head tube, a more upright stem, and a straight handlebar versus the bullhorn handlebar found on the Road Race and Road Relax bikes.These bikes are made for riders who want to do serious bicycling in a comfortable position and are not racing. This rider typically uses bicycling as a primary source of aerobic exercise. Road Fitness bikes can also be used on longer, flat bike tours.
Triathlon / Time Trial (TT)
These bikes place the rider in the most aggressive position of all bikes. They are designed to optimize aerodynamic performance in a straight line. These bike do not handle as well as road bikes, so for technical courses, they are not recommended. But the are really fast and a blast to ride and race on!

木头兄,关于把手位置问题,当我做到这个动做时,把手的位置是在手的前面,是不是我的stem 太长了

这样都被木头拉了过来。
他的这视图是针对 RB 的。而你的好像是 MTB 的,所以不能以这为概念。
手势还不是最主要的,给我来说重要是身体的长度。因为人手有时会有长短,而frame最重要的是在于对身体的角度。
我个人认为,RB的在弯下2点钟的角度时,眼睛要过你的Stem的长度。也就是可看到 handle bar 前面的下面的轮胎(直角下的轮胎),而不是被遮盖的了。时常碰到很多骑 RB 的人的 手势像喊救命那样的伸得直直和很远的,那当然是错的了。
