Bhd. (“ENNOVA”) to its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary company, SCIB Properties Sdn. Bhd. (“SCIBP”) for the Project Engineering Services for DBKL Integrated Smart Lamp Pole Replacement, within Klang Valley, Malaysia of 200 units of Pole (Monopoles), with estimated value of the Contract is RM30,750,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: Thirty Million Seven Hundred and Fifty Thousand) only. (“Project”).
All abbreviations used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as that given in the announcement dated 7 June 2022 unless stated otherwise. BHD. ("AWANA"). | The Board of Directors of SCIB wishes to clarify a recent news article dated 23 April 2025 by a local press in relation to the report that “SCIBP has withdrawn its lawsuit against Awana”.
The relief previously sought by SCIBP in the separate suit against Awana has been incorporated into the Main Suit. The statement of claim was amended on 18 April 2025 to consolidate the legal actions for a more streamlined and effective litigation process. As such, the separate suit has been discontinued.
SCIBP remains committed to pursuing the recovery of the claimed amount through the Main Suit, and the discontinuation of the separate action does not represent a withdrawal or abandonment of its claim.
SCIB will continue to keep shareholders and stakeholders informed of any material developments.

(i) proposed renounceable rights issue of up to 763,624,813 new ordinary shares in SCIB (“SCIB Shares” or “Shares”) (“Rights Shares”) together with up to 763,624,813 free detachable warrants in the Company (“Warrants C”) on the basis of 1 Rights Share together with 1 Warrant C for every 1 existing Share held by the entitled shareholders of the Company (“Shareholders”) (“Entitled Shareholders”) on an entitlement date to be determined and announced later (“Entitlement Date”) (“Proposed Rights Issue with Warrants”); and
(ii) proposed reduction of the issued share capital of SCIB by RM110.00 million pursuant to Section 117 of the Companies Act, 2016 (“Act”) (“Proposed Share Capital Reduction”).
The Proposed Rights Issue with Warrants and the Proposed Share Capital Reduction are collectively referred to as the “Proposals”.
