有人CLAIM 过A.ASIA的保险吗?  
最近我向他们CLAIM我孩子在外国看医生的医药费,虽然不是很多钱,但我想如果不CLAIM那么我买他们的保险做么..

到底我为什么要买他们的保险, 不就是要保护自己和家人在旅途中的安全吗..不过我只回复说Pls advise us on the claimable and unclaimable item.

最后又EMAIL回复我 I herby acknowledge the receipt of the following documents. Once gathered the documents, I noted that you would like to claim for "Sickness Medical Reimbursement".

In this case, I would like to inform that you will need to provide the original medical receipts/bills directly to our insurance company for the claim process. Kindly mail the claim documents as following to the mailing address provided below:

• Flight Itinerary
• Completed Claim Form (Attached)
• Certificate of Insurance
• Medical bills/invoices - Original document
• Receipt issued by the clinic/hospital - Original document
• Medical report/diagnosis from the attending doctor - Original document

在CLAIM FORM 填写时,我已经注明我要CLAIM Medical Reimbursement.
他们真的很不专业, 连我要CLAIM 什么也没看清楚.
现在就等他们的回复到底要不要给我CLAIM了..

为思z

还是跟 AXN Affin  或者 AIG 买 travel insurance 比较好， 因为保险是他们的首要业务。

以前出国旅行我都没买的,但是因为这次是带着1岁的小孩出国,所以才会在买机票时一起买他们的保险..

我从来不买Air Asia的保险, 我都是跟旅行社买AIG Travel Insurance的, 有什么要Claim的就可以交给旅行社去处理。。。
