我查看iBilik的网站，找到了这一间 BHS Homestay。
看看日期，是有房的。
幸好，对查它的面子书，看到那个日期，早已经被他人订了。
怎么iBilik那儿，没有更新资料。



再去查网上的投诉。

A friend of mine booked a penthouse at pangkor puteri resort half year before we travel there through ibilik.com. We paid by credit card and given a confirm code after the payment. But our booking was not honored by the resort when we reach on 11th December 2011, and we couldn't reach the ibilik agent for whole night. We were almost to report police the day after but we finally able to contact ibilik agent before we do so. They didn't apologize but giving excuse that they called my friend when they find out they couldn't work on the booking but the called was not answered and my friend not even call back to check. After the only call they made, they totally ignore the booking, no more calls or confirmation or whatever news informing us the booking was failed. But they took our Booking fee cost RM590.00.

As for the resort side, they told us ibilik agent did contact them two months after our online booking, saying to sign a contract with Pangkor Puteri Resort but rejected by the resort. Then two weeks after ibilik called back Pangkor Puteri Resort saying ibilik has our booking, asking for contract again or whatever business stuff. And the things end up with nothing after the call.

Until we reached the resort found out the whole thing and we were forced to settle our place at late evening. Eventually, we able to settle only on the last day of our trip which is 13th of December 2011. Ibilik refund us RM590.00, but their service attitude is not really good. Never apologize but keep giving nonsense excuses. We asked for an apologize letter but still not receive it till today-14th December 2011.

I agreed with the topics. Beside that I have experienced a difficulties to confirm the room/hotel/homestay. After booked, the "pending" status more than 24 hours but finally declined. Have to start over again and same thing happen. After a few days , no rooms available. Very dissapointed.
