有谁Claim过AA Insurance 的Ontime Guarrantee? 今天才重Siam Reap 回来。 Delay 了3.5小时。 刚刚看了Policy, 超过2小时就可以Claim 了。claim form上要的Doc. 1 Boading Pass as proof of departure or arraive. 2. letter from airline comfirming the langth and reasons of delay.   但我只有 boading Pass. (online boading pass, 写的一定是schedule time， 那可能改去delay的时间。）我们是上了飞机然后又请下机。
