The Board of Directors of Genting Plantations Berhad wishes to announce that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, ACGT Vegetable AgVentures Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 202501030949 (1632361-P)) is proposing to undertake a joint venture with Shouguang Vegetable Science and Technology Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 202501014185 (1615599-U)) to develop approximately 70 acres of land in Kulai, Johor as a centre of excellence in tropical vegetable crops to support sustainable economic growth and food security.
