Description	CAB CAKARAN CORPORATION BERHAD ("CAB" or "the Company")-CYBERATTACK
The Board of Directors of CAB wishes to announce that Farm’s Best Food Industries Sdn. Bhd., a 51% owned subsidiary of the Company encountered a cyberattack on its accounting system on 03 June 2025. Upon discovery of the incident, the subsidiary's management immediately initiated response measures and is currently in the process of assessing the impact and recovering the affected data. Efforts are being made to restore full functionality of the accounting system with the support of internal IT personnel and external cybersecurity consultants. At this juncture, the extent of the data breach and any financial implications are still being evaluated. The Company will make the necessary announcements in due course should there be any material developments or adverse impact arising from this incident. This announcement is dated 05 June 2025.

Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 5 June 2025 regarding the cyberattack on the accounting system of Farm’s Best Food Industries Sdn. Bhd. (“Farm’s Best”), a 51% owned subsidiary of CAB Cakaran Corporation Berhad ("CAB" or "the Company"). The Board of Directors wishes to provide an update that, while restoration efforts for the affected accounting system are still ongoing and the timeline for full data recovery in time to meet the reporting deadline remains uncertains. However, an assessment of the incident has been completed. Based on the assessment conducted by the external IT consultant, the cyberattack has not resulted in any material impact on the operations or financial performance of Farm’s Best and the Group. Farm’s Best continues to work closely with its internal IT personnel and the external cybersecurity consultants to fully recover the affected system and strengthen its cybersecurity framework to prevent recurrence. This announcement is dated 23 June 2025.
