德平栈子公司被控售蛋牟暴利

（吉隆坡10日讯）德平栈（TPC,7176,主板消费产品服务组）独资子公司德平栈农业有限公司，今日接获两张法庭传票，被控从出售A级鸡蛋牟取暴利。

该公司在2019年10月1日出席马六甲推事庭面对两项违例指控。

德平栈在文告中指出，首项指控为德平栈农业有限公司将A级蛋标记增加29.33%，从26.92%增加至56.25%，从而被指控触犯价格控制第3（a）条例、以及2018年反暴利（决定食品不合理高盈利机制）条例，从而触犯价格控制第14（1）条例以及2011年反暴利法令。

文告指出，第二项指控则为德平栈农业有限公司将A级蛋标记增加14.63%，从21.37%增加至36.00%，从而被指控触犯价格控制第3（b）条例、以及2018年反暴利（决定食品不合理高盈利机制）条例，从而触犯价格控制第14（1）条例以及2011年反暴利法令。

两张传票皆志期2019年8月28日。

该公司文将委任律师楼代表公司处理此事。上述事件的潜在负债、财务及营运影响，目前尚未能确定。

上述每项指控一旦被判有罪，首次犯规可被罚款最高50万令吉、第二次或接下来重犯，则可被罚款最高100万令吉。该公司会在近期内对有关事情作进一步宣布。
