Versatile Paper Boxes Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary company of VCB, is the registered owner of the said Property.
Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(46) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that the Board of Directors of VCB had on 28 May 2025, approved the net revaluation surplus of RM2.184 million for incorporation in the financial statements of VCB for the financial year ended 31 March 2025.

Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the previous annoucements.
The Company wishes to clarify that there was an inadvertent error in the computation of the highest percentage ratio as prescribed under Paragraph 10.02(g) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Listing Requirements”).
The Proposed Property Acquisition was initially disclosed with the highest percentage ratio of 16.23%, thereby classifying the transaction as a disclosable transaction. However, upon further review and recalculation, the correct highest percentage ratio is 31.83%, which reclassifies the transaction as a substantial transaction pursuant to Paragraph 10.06 of the Listing Requirements.
In view of the reclassification, the Company is required to undertake the following: - Submit a valuation report on the subject Property in accordance with Paragraph 10.04 of the Listing Requirements;
- Issue a circular to shareholders in accordance with Appendix 10A of the Listing Requirements; and
- Convene a general meeting to seek shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Property Acquisition.
