1) 薯仔用水煮10-15分鐘然後弄成薯蓉,在薯蓉還有熱度時加點牛油、鹽、黑椒、胡椒,份量隨個人喜好;
2) 三隻大薯仔的份量我加150g 即食燕麥;
3) 薯蓉待涼後加兩隻雞蛋及洋蔥粒;
4) 加點生粉使薯蓉變成較結實的狀態;
5) 以少油煎薯蓉,不用煎太久,把薯蓉煎成一個個金黃脆皮的薯餅就可以;
6) 放入已預熱的焗爐用150-180度焗10 - 15 分鐘便大功告成。
Ingredients
* 3-4 potatoes
* 1 onion
* 2 eggs (optional)
* 150-200g oatmeal
* Butter or Margarine, salt, black pepper, potato flour
1. Grate the potatoes, add butter, salt, black pepper, oatmeal and mix;
2. Mince the onion, 2 eggs add to the cool down mashed potato;
3. Add potato flour if needed;
4. Fry the hash browns until the colour turns brown side by side (flip one time only);
5. Remove it to the preheat oven, using 150-180 degree for 10-15 mins;
